Hima focus is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, the same terms that apply to apps distributed through the App Store.

Subscription terms

Hima's core pause with one app is free, for as long as you like.
Hima Premium adds unlimited paused apps, Focus sessions, quiet-hour schedules, daily limits, and pause customization.
Two plans are offered: monthly and yearly. The price for your country is shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Both plans include a one-week free trial for subscribers who haven't used it before. When the week ends the subscription starts and renews automatically at the price you saw, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple emails you a reminder before charging.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel any time, in your Apple Account settings rather than in the app. You can keep using the free version without subscribing.
